Once upon a time……

​

A young girl’s dream of having a puppy to love and to train was realised. Standing in front of a tiny German Shepherd puppy, the girl’s Dad said the magical words of “She’s yours.”

 

That moment of sheer joy and happiness turned into days, weeks, months and years of glorious memories that are deeply etched in the girl’s heart forever.

Gemma (Gem/Gemmy) was the most amazing dog anyone could ever wish for. Afternoons after school were spent playing and practicing what they’d learned together at dog training lessons and there was nothing the young girl would have rather been doing. She lived for it. It filled her soul.

 

And now, as an adult she still lives for dogs and they still fill her soul. After spending the years since that wonderful day loving more of her own dogs plus the dogs in her work as a dog trainer, a veterinary nurse and a dog groomer, there is nothing she would rather be doing.

 

And with that said, that young girl (who’s a few decades older now) would like to introduce herself.........
